SEO Specialist

Are you an experienced SEO Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment? We’re looking for a motivated professional with a strong foundation in on-page SEO, content optimization, and technical SEO to join our dynamic team.

You’ll play a key role in driving impactful SEO strategies across diverse industries — from gaming and esports to finance, education, mental health, and e-commerce. This position is ideal for someone who loves researching new topics, optimizing for performance, and working with cross-functional teams to help clients succeed online.

*Responsibilities*

* Execute on-page SEO optimizations to enhance organic visibility and traffic.
* Collaborate with content teams to craft SEO-optimized copy and meta data (titles, descriptions, headings, etc.).
* Partner with engineering teams to support site migrations, ensuring seamless redirects and crawlability.
* Submit sitemaps, manage redirects, and maintain search engine accessibility for all web properties.
* Conduct keyword research and implement structured data markup to improve rankings and CTR.
* Use SEO tools (e.g., Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to track, analyze, and report on performance.
* Monitor the web ecosystem, identify optimization opportunities, and deliver actionable insights through detailed performance reports.
* Manage website edits across WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS platforms.
* Oversee launches of new microsites and special projects, ensuring all SEO requirements are met.
* Manage and prioritize tasks using CRM tools.

*Qualifications*

* 2–4 years of professional experience in SEO (on-page, content, and/or technical).
* Proficiency in SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Conductor, BrightEdge, and Google Analytics.
* Solid understanding of technical SEO principles (site structure, crawlability, indexing, schema, etc.).
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
* Strong writing skills and attention to detail in content optimization.
* Self-starter with a motivated, proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects.
* Experience with WordPress, Shopify, and other website CMSs.
* Bonus: Prior experience working in gaming, esports, or related digital industries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
