We are looking for an energetic, results oriented and data driven Marketing Lead EMEA to drive qualified pipeline growth across the region. You will lead regional demand generation programs that fuel awareness, engagement and revenue while working closely with Sales, SDR, Partners, RevOps, Enablement, Brand, Field and PMM teams.

Your strength is taking global demand strategy and localizing it for the EMEA market. You will spearhead regional programs, optimize the funnel and ensure alignment between marketing and sales to deliver measurable business impact.

This role is both strategic and hands on. You will define long term regional growth plans while executing high performing data driven programs.


About the Role

Location and Employment

Location: London UK hybrid
In office one to two days per week
Full time permanent role

Compensation

Compensation depends on geographic location, experience, skills and career level
Final compensation will be determined during the interview process

Key Responsibilities

Own the EMEA Demand Strategy

Build and execute a regional demand generation strategy aligned with global go to market goals
Drive high quality leads, pipeline and revenue through inbound outbound and field programs

Run End to End Campaigns

Develop integrated campaigns across paid media events content syndication email and account based marketing
Target key audiences and accelerate funnel performance

Cross Functional Collaboration

Work closely with EMEA Sales leadership Sales Development Enablement RevOps and Global Marketing
Ensure alignment on goals metrics and execution

Funnel Optimization

Analyze and improve conversion rates across MQL to SQL to closed won stages
Identify gaps and implement data driven improvements

Localize Global Campaigns

Adapt global messaging for EMEA markets
Ensure relevance across languages cultures and industry verticals

Performance Measurement

Track and report on key metrics including MQL SQL SAO and revenue
Maintain dashboards and communicate insights regularly

Strategic Growth Contribution

Provide regional insights to influence global strategy and investment decisions

Innovation and Execution

Develop creative and data backed demand generation strategies
Ensure enterprise grade execution aligned with brand and compliance standards

Experimentation and Iteration

Build a structured testing roadmap using A B testing and multivariate experiments
Scale successful initiatives to improve full funnel performance

Stay Ahead in Demand and AI

Continuously explore new tools platforms and AI driven workflows
Identify opportunities to gain competitive advantage


Requirements

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Seven plus years of B2B demand generation experience preferably in SaaS or technology
Proven experience in EMEA markets and complex sales cycles
Fluency in French German or another European language is a plus


Preferred Skills and Traits

Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM marketing automation and analytics tools such as Salesforce Marketo and Tableau
Deep understanding of funnel metrics including MQL SAO and SQO
Experience with attribution modeling
Hands on experience with AI driven marketing workflows
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Ability to translate data into clear insights and narratives
Strategic thinker with hands on execution ability
Results driven with focus on pipeline and revenue growth
Ability to balance global strategy with regional execution
Comfortable working in fast paced high growth environments
Curious mindset with continuous learning approach especially in AI and emerging technologies
