About the Role
We’re hiring a high-agency Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale Glimpse’s inbound growth engine. This role focuses on driving qualified pipeline, demo bookings, and revenue through paid acquisition, SEO, and AI-driven search channels.
You will own the full-funnel inbound strategy, from experimentation to execution, working closely with founders and GTM teams to identify what works and scale it efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Acquisition & Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting channels
- Continuously test ad creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages
- Track and improve CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline ROI
- Build scalable paid strategies that generate qualified B2B leads
Organic Content & Demand Generation
- Create high-converting content including webinars, case studies, whitepapers, and blog posts
- Drive consistent publishing across LinkedIn, resource hubs, and founder-led channels
- Focus on content that generates demo requests and pipeline value
SEO & AI Search Optimization (AEO)
- Own SEO strategy to increase organic demo signups and inbound traffic
- Optimize content for AI search platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude
- Implement technical SEO best practices and monitor performance
- Capture high-intent traffic through search and LLM discoverability
Experimentation & Growth Systems
- Launch weekly experiments across landing pages, messaging, and distribution channels
- Run A/B tests on positioning, copy, and conversion flows
- Build attribution systems to track pipeline performance accurately
- Identify funnel bottlenecks and iterate quickly
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 3+ years in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Performance Marketing (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads with measurable ROI
- Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex product messaging
- Data-driven mindset with understanding of CAC, conversion rates, and attribution models
- High ownership and execution-focused approach
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with AI search optimization (AEO / LLM SEO)
- Familiarity with marketing automation and lifecycle marketing tools
- Background in account-based marketing (ABM) or enterprise SaaS
- Experience in CPG, retail, or vertical SaaS marketing
- Knowledge of tools such as Figma, Canva, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms
