The Role
We’re looking for an AI Content Creator who thinks in hypotheses, moves fast, and creates ad creatives that perform at scale. This isn’t a brief-execution role , it’s a creative and strategic position for someone who loves experimenting with generative AI, building systems, and seeing their work directly impact business results.

What You’ll Do
- Write and refine prompts for image, video, and AI avatar generation
- Build scalable creative template libraries across multiple business niches
- Generate and iterate on advertising creatives for Meta Ads campaigns
- Test and evaluate emerging generative AI models
- Improve the quality of AI outputs , composition, lighting, textures, and realism
- Design and document repeatable content generation pipelines
- Collaborate closely with design and product teams to align creative output with business goals
What We’re Looking For
Must have:
- Hands-on experience with AI content generation — images, video, and/or avatars
- A portfolio demonstrating AI-generated creatives
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and advertising visual storytelling
- Experience building prompt systems or libraries
- Genuine curiosity about new AI tools with the ability to learn new models quickly
Tools experience required:
- Image — Nano, Banana Pro
- Video — ProKling 2.6, Veo 3.1, Sora 2
Nice to have:
- Background in motion, graphic, or digital design
- Experience creating performance ad creatives
- Knowledge of performance marketing principles
- Active habit of exploring and testing emerging AI tools
