About the Role
We are hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize lifecycle email programs that support webinar promotions, product-led growth, and customer monetization. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and data teams to drive engagement, conversions, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Email Campaign Execution
- Build and deploy automated and batch email campaigns using marketing automation platforms
- Manage segmentation, workflows, UTMs, and QA processes
- Ensure high-quality, on-time campaign delivery
Webinar & Lifecycle Marketing
- Execute webinar campaigns including registration and reminder flows
- Optimize email journeys to improve engagement and attendance
- Support lifecycle marketing initiatives across the funnel
Performance & Optimization
- Run A/B tests and analyze campaign performance
- Generate insights from dashboards and analytics tools
- Improve key metrics like open rate, CTR, and conversions
Deliverability & Governance
- Maintain email deliverability and audience health
- Manage segmentation accuracy, send frequency, and engagement tracking
- Ensure compliance with best practices
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Manage campaign workflows and timelines using tools like Wrike
- Collaborate with Brand, Product, Webinars, and Data teams
- Ensure smooth cross-functional execution
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 3–5 years experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing in SaaS
- Hands-on experience with tools like Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong understanding of segmentation, automation workflows, and deliverability
- Experience with product-led growth or trial-based funnels
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Knak, Wrike, or similar tools
- Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
Salary
- USA: $67,700 – $94,700 USD
